How to make good Curd

To make wonderful curd, all you do is take some milk, warm it as you would to make regular curd, with a starter and then just add a few green chilies to the luke warm milk, cover it and set it aside. Should be well set and ready to eat in about 6-8 hours.

I made this last night at around 10pm and it was ready to eat by 8 am this morning so I put it in the fridge and had it for lunch today....delicious with natural sweetness and not a trace of chilli in it.

Curd is set with green chilies

About 2 cuts of luke warm milk
2 to 3 whole green chilies

Put the green chilies in the warm milk, cover and set aside for 6 to 8 hours and voila, excellent curd!!
