Chicken - boneless chicken - 500 grms
Bell Pepper (Green, Red, Yellow) as per ur choice...
Onion – 1 no, diced...
Yogurt, thick – 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder – 2 tsp

Tikka Masala Powder – 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Lime Juice – 1 tsp
kiwi fruit pulp - 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Skewers – 10 nos, soaked in water for 30 minutes
METHOD OF COOKING :
• In a mixing bowl, mix together yogurt, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala powder, turmeric powder, lime juice & kiwi juice extract, chopped coriander leaves, oil and salt to a smooth paste.
• Marinate chicken slices and diced vegetables in the masala mix and leave it in the refrigerator for overnight. Longer the marinating time, better the taste .
• Soak the bamboo skewers in water allowing them to remain in the water for at least 30 minutes. Otherwise the skewers will burn in the oven.
• Switch on the oven and pre-heat it at 350 degree Celsius.
• On each bamboo skewer, slide in the chicken cube, onion and bell pepper alternatively and place them on the baking tray( as u wish ).
• Cook for 5 minutes on each side using grill mode.
If u have an air fryer, do fry them initially for 7 mins and then grill them in the oven, for just 10 mins.
