Basmati Rice 1 1/2 cup
Eggs 3 ( scrambled)
Carrot 1/2 cup finely chopped...
Spring onion 1 cup chopped
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 tbsp ( minced)
Garlic. 1 tbsp ( minced)
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Soy Sauce. 2 tsp
Tomato chilli sauce 2-3 tsp
Salt to taste.
Oil. 2 tbsp

Cook rice adding salt into it , untill the rice is 90% cooked..

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a heavy bottomed kadal or wok , add minced ginger and garlic , sauté a while , add chopped onions and fry for few seconds . Add chopped carrots , spring onion and capsicum cover and cook for two minutes . Add soya sauce and chilli tomato sauce , cook for few seconds , add scrambled egg stir well. Add pepper powder and salt to taste adjust the salt since soy sauce has salt in it. Add cooked rice and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame . Check the salt and adjust it. Sprinkle chopped spring onion and serve hot with any manchurian sauce..
