Wash 1 1/2 cup poha in clean running water. Keep the strainer containing poha aside for 2 min. Add turmeric powder , salt and sugar ( 1/4 tea spoon). Mix well.

Heat 1.5 tbs oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and jeera (1/4 teaspoon each). Add chopped onion (half) ,potato cubes (1 small ) and green chillies(one or two). When potato becomes soft add poha and 2 tbs roasted ground nuts. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame. Sprinkle 1teaspoon lemon juice and chopped corriander leaves. Poha is ready.
