INGREDIENTS :-

3 Bananas (ripe)
4 Eggs
4-5 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
oil
Cashew nut
Raisins
1 tsp Ghee

METHOD :-

Peel out outer skin of banana and cut into small squire pieces
In a pan heat vegetable oil or ghee and fry the banana till it get golden brown colour
Drain out the excess oil and let it cool
In same pan fry cashew nuts and raisins separately. Keep it aside
In a bowl add 4 eggs , sugar and cardamom powder and wisk well
Add fried banana into this egg mixture. Mix well
Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a deep bottom nonstick pan.
Pour egg banana mixture into it
Then add fried cashew nuts and raisins into it.
Close the pan with the lid.Cook in low flame for 15 minutes.Insert a tooth pick at the center and ensure it comes out clean.Once it cooled take out from cooker or pan and serve.
