CHILLY FISH

FISH FILLET CUBES -1 KILO
CAPSICUM GREEN DICED -150 gms
ONIONS DICED -150 gms
GREEN CHILY SLITTED -4 Nos
GINGER CHOPPED-20 gms
GARLIC CHOPEPD-20 gms
OIL - 200 ml
CHILLY SAUCE-50 ml
TOMATO SAUCE-75 ml
SOYA SAUCE-50 ml
CORN FLOUR-200 gms
EGG – 1 No
SPRING ONION CHOPPED -50 gms
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

METHOD

1.Make a BATTER out of corn flour, water, egg, salt , pepper and a dash of all the above sauces .BATTER FRY the fish cubes and keep it aside.
2.Heat a pan and you can use the same oil to sauté vegetables add the ginger garlic green chilly once the raw aroma goes add the diced onion and green capsicum sauté until its half cooked.
3.Now add the sauces sauté the vegetables well and add around 100 ml of water to this and let it boil.
4.Make a loose batter with corn flour and water add it to the boiling vegetables adjust the consistency of the sauce by regulating the corn starch quantity. Now add the seasonings and the fried fish mix well and cover it and cook for another 8- 10 min in slow fire .Finish it of with a garnish of spring onions on top.
