Manjal podi - 1/4tsp
Mulaku podi(kashmiri) - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Kurumulaku podi - 3/4tbsp
Thenga paal(1st paal) - 3/4cup
Curry leaves
Coconut oil

Oru pan choodaaki athileku alpam coconut oil cherkuka. Athileku alpam curry leaves ittu kodukuka..2 onion arinjathu cherkuka..ginger garlic chadachathu chertu nannai vazahattuka..alpam onnu moottu varumbo manjal podi cherkuka. Aavishyattinu uppum cherkuka...kazhuki ootti vecha mutton liver cherthu nannai ilakkuka..shesham adachu vechu vevikanam.idaku onnu ilakki kodukuka.. oru 5 mins shesham athileku garam masala podi koodi cherth kodukuka..nannai ilaki adachu vekkuka.. thenga paal cherthu ilakkuka..ini athileku mulaku podi,kurumulaku podi cherkuka..veendum adachu vekkuka.. nannai paal vattiya shesham baaki ulla 1 onion arinjathu curry leaves cherkuka..2 min adachu vechukuka.. mutton liver roast ready..
