Process to make is simple. Take a bowl. Mix rava curd turmeric salt green chillies coriander leaves . Mix it will. Pour water also to make the consistency right. It shd be like little thicker than oothappam batter. So while adding water make sure it is not making the batter thin. Keep it aside for half and hour to 45 minutes.

Keep your steamer on fire. Let it boil. In the meanwhile add less than a tspn Eno to the mixture we already made. Mix well. Once again check salt. Grease a plate or baking tray with lil oil. Pour this mixture to the tray and keep it inside steamer and close lid tightly. Keep it on high flame for 15 to 20 min and in low flame for 5 min. Your dhokla is cooked now. Switch off and keep it aside for 30 minutes. Open the lid and take out the dhokla and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in the pan and splutter mustard chilli and curry leaves and pour that on top of the dhoklas evenly in the plate.

Your dhokla is ready  enjoy with pudhina chutney or as it is..
