Banana Loaf Cake - Banana Bread

1cup---------------mashed banana (chiquita/robasta)
2--------------------eggs,at room temp.
1/2 cup-----------cooking oil (canola oil)
1/2 tsp-----------salt
1&1/2cup-------all purpose flour
1tsp---------------vanilla essence
1tsp---------------baking soda

1.prepare a loaf tin ie grease and line with wax paper.
2.preheat the oven to 180C.
3.mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and make some space in the center.
4.add egg,banana,oil,vanilla essence all at once and mix using a spoon or spatula.Mix well until all the ingredients are mixed,and make sure all the flour is mixed and a batter is formed.
5.transfer this into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 1 hour at 180C.Check the doneness of the cake by inserting a toothpick in the center,if it comes out clean then cake is ready.
6.let the cake cool in the tin for 5mts and then take it out and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
7.enjoy with hot tea or creamy coffee
