Vanilla cake_ in pressure cooker

Maida 11/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup, powdered 
Butter 125 gm 
Vanilla essence 3 drops
Baking powder 1spoon
Salt 1/4 spoon
Egg 2
Milk 1/2 glass
Preparation

Sieve Maida, baking powder, salt, together 2 to 3 times and keep aside.
Beat butter and sugar well, like fluffy. Then add eggs and beat well. Then add milk and vanilla essence beat for a few minutes.

Fill pressure cooker with crystal salt or sand. Preheat it 5 minutes in high flame.

Combine the above 2 mixtures well. Transfer it to cake mould dusted with Maida. Place it above the salt in pressure cooker. Keep the flame simmer and after 50 min our cake is ready. It may take an hour too.mine was ready by 50 min. Check the centre with a fork, if it comes clean your cake so ready.

All ingradients should be in room temperature.
No need of water.
No whistle.
