Egg Drop Soup with vegetables

Eggs -2
Spring Onion Chopped – 2 Tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp (adjust)
Salt – 1/2 tsp (adjust)
Carrot – 1 finely Chopped
Green Peas- 1/2 Cup Fresh or frozen
sweet Corn – 1/2 Cup
Garlic – 3 Cloves Chopped
Corn Starch – 1 Tbsp
Water – 1/4 Cup
Chicken Broth – 4 Cups

Boil chicken broth in a vessel with vegetables,corn,garlic and spring onions.Mix corn starch with cold water, pour in to vessel once the carrot and garlic are soft. Beat egg. When the vegetables are soft and crunchy, drop egg mixture and with another hand slowly stir soup in one direction (clock-wise). So that Egg mixture form into thin ribbons or silken strands. Add salt and pepper and adjust to your taste.
Serve Hot.
