Aloo methi (Urulakizhangu Uluvayila)

Ingredients:-
Urulakizhangu........ 2 big no's
Uluvayila.................. 2 cup
Inji...... ..........1 small piece
Veluthulli........ 5 Alli
Jeerakam small .......1/4 tbs
Pachhamulaku .....3 nos
Coconut oil aavasyathinu
Manjalpodi .......1/4 tbs
Salt as per taste

Preparation method:-
Uluvayila nannayi clean cheythu onnarinju vakkuka.
Urulakizhangu tholodukoodi oru cookeril boil cheyyuka. 2-3 whistle. Tholi kalanju mash cheyyuka. Pachhamulaku, inji, veluthulli paste undakkuka. Oru chattiyil oil choodakki Jeerakam pottichu paste athilekkittu onnu mooppikkuka . Low flamil cheythal mathi. Oppam thanne manjalpodi, uppu cherkkuka. Mash cheythuvachha uralakizhangu cherkkam, oppam thanne uluva ilayum cherkkam. Oru 10 minute low flamil cook cheyyuka. Venamengill kurachu velichenna onnu koodi spread cheythu kodukkam. Taste koodum. First time kazhikkunnorkku orupakshe cheruthayonnu kaippu thonnnum. Anganeyanengil urulakizhangu kooduthal cherthaal mathi. Easy & tasty aane......
