Caramel Pudding

Sugar-3 tbspn and 3 tsp powdered 
Egg- 2 whole egg and 1 egg white
Milk- 1/2 litre
Water-2 tbs
Elachi and vannilla essence (optional)

Sugar paani aakkanam.. so take a pan and add sugar+ water. Ilakkaathe choodakkuka(low flame).. golden brown aakumbo ilakki mould aayi use cheyyunna bowlilekk matti spread cheym.. milk choodakkuka.. egg eat cheyyuka.. powdered sugar cherkkuka.. again beat.. milk kurach kurachaayi ozhich beat cheyyuka.. illnkl chood milk cgerumbo egg venthu pokum.. so stir the mixture 4 another 5 minutes.. add elachi powder and vannilla essence if u want.. i didnt add.. enitt ee mixture sugar pani spread cheytha bowlilekk arippa vach arich ozhich kodukkuka.. then oru valiya bowlil alpam vellam eduth athinte ullil cheriya bowl irakki vach kodukkanam (double boiling).. valiya bowlil vellam edukkumbol oru karyam sradhikkuka.. athayath cheriya bowlinte 1/4 alavil kooduthal heightil valiya bowlil water edukkaruth.. vellam kerum.. then low flamil vech 10 minute valiya bowl adach vach vevikkuka... tooth pick irakki nokkam.. ath clean aayi purath vannal it is ready.. flame off cheyth thanukkan vaykkuka.. then refrigerate the small bowl for about 4 hrs.. then knife upayogich side karakki ilakkiya shesham serving plate kond ithinte mukalil kamizhthi vach ilakki idanam.. ready to it.. lengthy aayt thonnum.. bt easy... using available ingredients.. try it..
