COFFEE PUDDING

COFFEE PUDDINGBy : Sindhu Nidhi
- Beat 2 eggs, 5 tbs sugar, 1 tsp Coffee and 1 Cup Milk ( all together.)
- in a fry pan add half cup sugar cook until the sugar get caramelized move this mix to setting bowl and pour coffee milk mix on the top
- Steam cook for 20 min.
- Springle some coffee on the top before serve
