Curd Idili Vada

Idillis 6 nos
Thick curd 2 cups
Carrot diced 4 tspns
Cucumber diced 4 tspns
Ginger diced 1/2 tspn
Green chilli diced 1
Sugar 2tspns
Mustard 1 tspn
Oil to fry n temper
Curry leaf
salt to taste n coriander leaves to garnish

Make holes with a small bottle mouth on the idili n fry in oil til golden brown. Mix curd with little water n rest of the ingredients and temper it with mustard curry leaf n garnish with coriander leaves. Mix the fried idili into the curd n leave it there for sometime so that it becomes soft n tasty.

Oh la la.....soft n tasty curd idili vadas r ready......yummmmm .....
