sweet corn kernels: 1 cup
green chillies :2 no:
garlic no:
ginger :half inch
jeera :1/2 tsp
rice flour :1/2 cup
hing : a pinch
chopped onion :1/2 cup
curry leaves :few
oil :for fry
salt :as required

1) grind sweet corn kernels,green chillies,garlic & ginger (no need to add
2) add chopped onion,jeera,hing & curry leaves
3) add rice flour & mix well
4) heat oil in a pan
5) drop small pakodas into the oil
6) fry them until they turn golden brown in colour
7) remove them from the oil and place them in a kitchen paper
8) serve them with tomato sauce or chutney
