Gobi. 300gm
Onion. 2 nos
Ginger. 1 no...
Garlic. 1 pod
Green chilly. 4 nos
Coriander leaves few
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Potato. 1 no
Chilly pow. 1 tsp
Coriander pow 1tsp
Garam masala. 1 tsp
Methi leaves. 1 tsp
Oil. As rqd
Salt to taste

Heat oil splutter cumin seeds first. Then sauté finely chopped onion, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and finely chopped chilly. When it's almost sauted add the finely chopped gobi and cook well. When it's done add the powders and sauté in low flame. When the smell comes add chopped coriander leaves and methi leaves. Mix well. Nxt add d mashed potato and mix well without lumps. Tke off frm fire. Your filling is ready.
Mix atta with salt and water and make a dough. Flatten it , put the cooked mixture and again fold and roll it out. Cook over a tawa. Your Paratha is ready!!!!
