Kadachakka masala Curry

Ingredients
Kadachakka - 1 medium size(veethiyil arijnathu)
Onion - 1 medium size
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Green chilly - 2 nos
Coconut - 1 cup
Curry leaf
Mustard seeds
Salt

Procedure

Kadachakka cooker il salt and turmeric powder ittu vevikuka(2-3 whistle) cheenachattiyil coconut, turmericpowder,chilly powder,garam masala,coriander powder choodakuka nalla Brown color ayal gas off cheythu thanukkan vaykuka.then grind it to a fine paste
Pine pan choodaki oil ozhichu mustard seeds idukka when it splutters add onion,Curry leaves, greenchilly,Gingergarlic paste and saute it till Brown in color.then add masala paste to this and cooked kadachakka and boil it for few minutes till the oil comes and add salt for taste.thickness vendenkil add some water.you can have this with chappathi,poori
