QUICK BREAD PIZZA

Kids are always difficult to convince..They look for tasty n colourful dishes,while we need healthy items..
N' hey,dont they always tel "am hungry!!" in between UR favourite T.V program???? smile emoticon
Well here s a simple yet healthy snack ...which can be made as veg or non veg ...in oven or on stove..

INGREDIENTS:
>Bread-6 or 8 slices
>Tomato ketchup
>onion-half
>tomato>half
> (optional)mushroom-4,chilli
>chicken/egg/paneer
>cheese slice/mozzarrella cheese
>capsicum-half
>oregano-optional/coriander leaves
METHOD:
***If you are using oven:-
*spread ketchup over bread
*add vegetables on top which are sliced to small cubes
*Spread cooked chicken shredded to pieces on that/or roasted paneer(with some salt and chilli)/or scrambled egg
*add chilli,oregano and coriander leaves
*slice sheet cheese to strips and add on top,bake till cheese become golden brown

***If using pan fry method
*saute vegetables in olive oil with some salt and pepper for 1 or 2 minutes
*spread ketchup on bread and add vegetables
*add egg/chicken/paneer
*add sliced cheese/mozzarrella cheese
*keep on pan in low flame till cheese melts
