Dragon Chicken

1 kg Boneless chicken - cut in long pieces
For marination:
1) 2 tsp Ginger paste
2) 2 tsp Garlic Paste
3) 1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
4) Salt - as needed
1 Egg
2 tsp Corn Flour
Ginger chopped in small pieces - few tsp
Garlic chopped in small pieces - few tsp
Red Chilly - dried / flakes with seeds
1 tbs Soya Sauce
3 tbs Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
Spring Onion - few shoots (optional)
Fried Cashew nuts - few
2 tsp Olive Oil
Mix items 1 to 4 and marinate chicken in that mix. keep it for 1 hour.
Beat the egg well and add the marinated chicken to this.
Add corn flour to this mix.
Deep fry
Step 2:
Heat oil
Add the finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Saute this till cooked
Add dry red chilli flakes
Add Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce
Add sugar and required salt.
Mix well
Step 3 :
Add the chicken mix to this.
Mix well for few minutes.
Switch off the flame
Garnish with Spring Onion and fried Cashew nuts.
