Garlic Paste

Garlic Paste

Ingredients:-
Garlic- 3 pods
Egg white- 1
Lemon juice- ½ lemon's
Oil- ½ cup
Salt- to taste

Directions:-
1. Blend garlic pods and egg white.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend well.

Note:-
1. If the mix is watery, add more oil.
2. If the mix has curdled, add one more egg white.
