TENDER COCONUT WATER DELIGHT [ILANEER]

INGREDIENTS
Tender coconut-2
Sugar-2 tbsp
Gelatin-10gm
Sliced tender coconut flesh-2tbsp

METHOD

Melt gelatin in little lukewarm wam water.Add this to tender coconut water with sugar.Transfer this mixture to the proposed container.Put sliced flesh on top and refrigerate till it get set.Serve cool
