1 banana,
4 table spoon of sugar,
A pinch of salt
Then blend together above ingredients & add
4 tablespoon milk into the blender
Add Yellow fud color,a pinch of cardamom powder
Baking powder a pinch and blebder again.
1/2cup semolina into the mix above made.grease a mould with ghee(aseel pure butter ghee) pour mix into it and place mould into idiyappam maker and steam
