Chappathi and Vegetable Kuruma

Vegetable kuruma


Carrot- one cup
Potato-one cup
Beans-one cup
Green peas-obe cup
Onion-one large
Garam masala-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Green chillies 2
Grampoo,patta,elakkaya-3in num
Coconut oil-2tsp
Coriander leaves
Curd-small cup
Coconut paste(grind the coconut to paste)

Take a cooker.add oil.put grampoo,patta,elakka,.add onion ,ginger,garlic,saute well.add turmeric powder, garam masala,salt and coriander powder.add tomoto.saute well.add curd two spoon.mix all and cook for sometime.add all vegetables.add water.cover the lid of cooker and cook for 10 the cooker when it cools.add the coconut paste and cook for 5 more minutes.garnish with coriander leaves.
