In this Mango season , here's a simple tangy mango dish from my kitchen.

Mango(yellow, but not fully ripe) - 1 Curd - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 3 tbsp
Green chillies - 2 nos
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Salt - As required
For seasoning:-Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Dry red chillies(vattalmulaku)- 2nos
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 1 tsp


Grind together coconut, mustard and green chillies.Mix together grated mango, curd and coconut paste.Add salt and mix well.Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add dry red chilly and curry leaves and saute for a second.Add the above seasoning into the curry..
And the dish is ready to serve
