Whole Wheat Brownie

Ingredients. Wheat flour/aatta-3/4 cup, sugar-3/4cup, cocoa powder-3 1/2tbsp, baking soda -1/2 tsp, butter -60gms, eggs-2no:,oil- 2tbsp, vanilla extract-1 tsp, coffee powder-1tsp, chopped nuts-a handful, chopped chocolate 50 gms Sie
ve together aatta baking soda n cocoa powder n keep aside. In a bowl mix together room temperature butter , oil n sugar to form a paste. Add to it vanilla extract n coffee powder, mix well, add to this eggs one by one n mix well to combine. To this add the dry ingredients in two or three batches n bring them together. Add half of chopped nuts and chocolate to the mix n mix well.The batter ll b of thick consistency . Preheat the oven to 180degrees. Spread the batter in a lined ,buttered pan n add the remaining nuts and chocolate over it... bake in 180degrees for 25 mins or until a toothpick inserted at the centre comes out clean... cool the baked brownie in a rack n enjoy vit a scoop f ice cream
