Cheriya ulli achar

Cheriya ulli 250 gms tholi kalanju aaviyil vechu oru minute kazhinju purathekkeduthu vellamellam thudachu kalayuka.
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tablespoon, normal chilli powder 1 teaspoon, uluva podi 1/4 teasp. ,kayam podi 1/4 teasp. ,jeera podi 1/4 teasp. Iva choodaya panil onnu mooppichedukkuka. Ithu kurachu vinegar cherthu arachu vekkuka.
Oru fry panil 1/4 cup nallenna choodakki ulli oru minute podiyathe vazhatti matti vekkuka. Ee ennayil thanne kurachu kaduku pottikkuka. 1 table spoon ginger chop cheithathum 1 tabsp. Garlic chop cheithathum, kurachu curry leavesum mooppikkuka. Ithilekku chilli paste cherthu mix cheyyuka. Oil venamenkil kurachu koode cherkkam. Randu minuteinu shesham ulli um chertu mix cheyyuka. Fire off cheithu uppum, 1/4 cup vinegarum cherthu cool aavumbol bottleil aakki vekkuka. Oru divasathinu shesham upayogikkam
