Tawa paneer masala
For marination:
1.curd or yogurt-3 spoon
2.chilly and turmeric powder-1ts
3.salt as required
4.kasturi methi- two pinch(if not there use coriander leave as alternate)
5.paneer slices - 5 to 6

For Masala :
1.jeera - 1 ts
4.chopped onion - 2
5.tomato - 1
6.tomato juice - 1 Masala - 1ts
8.chilly powder - 1ts
9.kasthoori methi to garnish


Marinate by preparing a paste with marinating ingredients and add paneer slices and set for 30min
Take Kadai add oil, jeera, saute onion and tomato and smash well. Then add chilly powder and chat Masala and tomato juice and cook for five minutes to get boiled and loosen the gravy to thick form. Finally add butter and garnish with kasthoori methi.. Set this aside. 
Take a Tawa and add oil and little butter and shallow fry the marinated paneer till they turn brown. Set the Masala on a plate and place the fried paneer above it and serve hot Tawa paneer Masala.
