WHEAT PAYASAM

broken wheat -1/2 cup
jaggery -6 cube 
milk -1cup
cardamom flavored condensed milk- 1 tin
dry ginger powder-1/4 tsp
ghee- 3 tsp
raisin, cashew nut-3tsp
salt-1pinch

1. cook broken wheat adding 11/2 cup of water in a pressure cooker for 2 whistle.
2.melt jiggery.
3.strain the jaggery syrup and add to the cooked wheat. stir continuously..
4.add the milk..
5.bring boil...
adjust the consistency according to the preference..
6.add condensed milk..
7.cook for a minute..
8.add ginger powder..and one pinch salt..mix well..and swith off..
9.heat ghee in a small pan fry cashew nuts and raisin..add them to prepared PAYASAM.......
