"Brilliant all season recipe, great with toasted garlic bread & salad or on it's own. You can't go wrong, it's so easy to cook."
Ingredients:
12 Chiken legs (skinless)
4 Garlic (choped)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Soya sauce (light)
1/2 Teaspoon Soya sauce (dark)
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
1 Ground black peper
1/2 Teaspoon Curry powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
Directions:
Step 1
Wash chicken legs with cold running water. Then put chicken legs in to a large bowl.
Step 2
Now add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, ground black peper, curry powder, garam masala and salt in to the bowl then mix well all together.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with a cling film or foil paper and let it marinate about 45 minutes, then put them in a baking tray & spead them evenly.
Step 4
In a pre-heat oven set the temperature to 200 centigrade( or gas mark 5) for 45 minutes & make sure to place baking tray with chicken in the mid position of the oven.
Step 5
Once chicken is well baked take them out of the oven & leave it for 5 minutes before serve with your favourite salad.
