Ingredients

Onion - 2 medium chopped
Vegetables ( optional) - carrots, green peas
Tomato - 2
Ginger crushed - 1 table spoon
Garlic crushed - 1 table spoon
Curry leaves
Corriander leaves ( optional)
Green chilly - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/ 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch
Oil
Salt for taste
Method
Oil ozhichu choodaya sesham kaduk eduka. Potti theerarakumpol uluva eduka. Athil arinju vechirikkunna ulli cherthu vazhattuka.
