Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Onion 1(optional)
Milk 1 tsp
Tomato, chopped 1(optional)
Potato, boiled and cubed 1 (optional)
Green chilli, finely chopped 1(optional)
Cheese slices 1–2
Eggs 2
Salt to taste
Ghee/butter/olive oil for frying
A pinch of red chilli powder (optional)
Coriander leaves chopped


Beat the eggs with salt, black pepper, chilli powder and milk. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, fry onions and add vegetables. Fry till tender.
Pour the egg mixture in the pan with vegetables,coriander leaves chopped and spread evenly.
Add cheese slices on the omelette and cook for two minutes.
Turn over to cook the other side.
Fold and serve hot.
