Rava Laddoo

Rava - 1.5 cups 
Coconut (desiccated) – ¾ cup
Cashew nuts (chopped) – 15
Raisins – a handful
Sugar – to taste (I used ¾ cup)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Milk – ½ cup to ¾ cup
Cardamom powder – ¾ tsp

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped cashew nuts and raisins. When raisins plump up and cashew nuts turn golden, add rava and roast it on low flame. Then add desiccated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder and mix well for a minute. Add milk little by little to it while stirring well. Once all milk is absorbed well, turn off the stove. And while the mixture is still hot (bearable), form laddoos by shaping them round in between your palms. Serve it.
