Grated carrot -3 
Big Onion -1 chopped
Chilli powder -1-2 tsp
Salt. - to taste
Coriander leaves
Cheese /paneer- the more the tastier 
Saute onions lightly,add chilli powder and then grated carrot,salt and coriander leaves.When it cools,add grated cheese or grated paneer.
Flatten dough ,stuff with the filling ,make ball,flatten as you do in chappathi and cook on tawa.Use ghee or oil.
