Pavakka kondattam – a handful

To Grind
Thenga chirakiyathu –¾ cup
Manjal Podi – ¼ tsp
Mulaku Podi – ½ tsp
Jeerakam – ¼ - ½ tsp

Cheriyaulli – 4 nos (Cheruthayi chatachathu)

Fry kondattam in little oil; make sure it doesn’t get burnt. Keep aside. Splutter mustard in oil , add in the curry leaves. Next tap in the ground coconut, fried kondattam, cheriya ulli & water enough for the gravy. Let it boil. That’s it; tasty healthy curry ready ……serve with rice.
