1 potato1
green peas 1/2 cup
beetroot 1
2 ginger a small piece
coriander leaves 1/4 cup
rice powder 2 teaspoon
green chilli 2
salt as required
3 oil
4 green bell pepper 1
onion 1
tomato without seed 2
each cut as 2 inch cubes
*-cook first ingredients in a presure cooker .
*-turn off the flame
*- add 2nd ingredients and mix and mash well.
* form some cube shape using the mix .
*.deep fry until it golden brown
*put one tomato piece , veg tikka , onion piece and bell pepper respectively on a tooth pick each tikka like this...
beautiful and tasty veg tikka is ready.
