Preparation

Oru cheenachattiyil kurachu oil ozhichu, athil thenga ,onion, vattal mulaku,greeen chilly, ginger , veluthulli,pepper enniva ittu nanayi varukuka brown colour akumbozhekum 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala ittu nannayi ilakki choodaran vakuka.
Chicken nannayi kazhuki vellam nannayi pizhinju kalanju athil 1/2 cheunaranga pizhinju 3tsp pepper powder , 1 tsp turmeric powder, avashyathinu salt ittu nannayi tirumi 30 min vakuka .
Varutha thenga choodariyathinu shesham vellam ozhichu nannayi grind cheythu edukkuka.
Oru cheenachattiyil oil ozhichu savala nannayi vazhatuka athilekku green chilly , tomato ittu nannayi fry cheuka. Marinated cheytha chicken athilekku ittu ilaki adachu vakkuka.
5 min kazhinju arachu vacha thenga ittu nannayi mix cheythu avasyatinu water ozhichu thilapikuka.
Nannayi kuruki varumbol cellary leaves, coriander leaves ittu garnish cheuka.
