Spring onion 5-6 
Kadala mavu 1/2 cup
Rice powder - 2tbsp
Green chilli -1
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Ginger small piece
Kayamvpodi
Gram masala (optional)
Salt to taste.
Wash and chop spring onions fine. Use both greens and white. Mix with masala and keep for 10 Mts. This will help to release water and mix kadalamavu and rice powder without any lumps. Take spoonful of batter and drop into hot oil and fry till it is brown and crisp.
