Today's recipe is "Punjabi kadhi "

Punjabi kadi is a traditional recipe from punjab. 
Kadhi is a very light and refreshing yogurt curry popular in India. 
Every state in India has their own kadhi. 
Punjab also has it's own kadhi the Punjabi kadhi.
Kadhi is usually served with boiled rice and naan.

Ingredients:
100 gm gram flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp fenugreek seed
1/2 tsp roasted fenugreek powder
3 red chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbs purified butter
2 tbs gram flour
200 ml Curd
3 green chilli
4-5 curry leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep fry
Water

Method:
Add baking soda and salt in gram flour.
Mix it well.
Add water and make thick batter.
Make pakoda in hot oil.
In a bowl add 2 tbs gram flour add water and make a smooth paste.
In this add curd and mix well.
Add turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
Add 3 glass water in this. Mix it well and keep a side.
Heat a pan and add ghee in this.
Add mustard seed and fenugreek seed.
Add roasted fenugreek powder.
Immediately add curd and gram flour mix.
Stir it continuously.
When it started to boil add slit green chilli and curry leaves.
Add pakoda.
Cook it for 10 minutes in a slow flame.
After 10 minutes it's ready.
For tempering heat ghee in a pan.
Add mustard seed when it done switch off the flame immediately.
Add whole red chilli.
Add redchilli powder and pour this on the kadi.
It's ready to serve.
Serve it hot with paratha chapati and rice.
