Ingredients:
1.steamed rice as required
2 . oil
3. Tural dal 1 ts
4. Channa dal 1ts
5.dry red chilly two nos
6.mustard seeds
7.green Chilli copped 2 nos
8.coriander leaves and curry leaves
9 Kaya podi a pinch
10.turmeric powder one ts
11.lemon juice as required
12.salt

Preparation
Heat Kadai and add two ts oil and crackle the mustards and then add Tural dal, Channa dal, red chilly, green chilly and curry leaves, coriander leaves.
Add turmeric powder and saute and add then add salt required and lemon juice to it and finally add boiled rice and mix well . Adjust quantity of lemon juice according to sour Taste you prefer.

If required garnish with cashew nut and roasted ground nuts to it.
