Veggies dosha.
 Recipe :Soak two cups of good quality raw rice for 5 hrs, now drain the water n grind into fine paste with 1&half cup of freshly grated coconut, small amla sized tamarind, chilly powder, lil turmeric powder. Batter is ready. To this add finely chopped uluvacheera, carrot and onion. Mix well with salt to the required quantity.Spread on a preheated tawa. Close it with lid for two min. Dosa is ready. A side dish of grated coconut will add taste to it.
