Potato Rings

Potato – 3 nos
Rava / Semolina – ½ cup
Water – ½ cup
Turmeric powder – 2 pinches

Rice flour (Pathiri powder / Idiyappam powder) – 4tbsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Crushed red chilly
Green chilly (Finely chopped)

Heat a pan and add ½ cup water, turmeric powder, and salt.
Once the water comes to boil, lower the flame and add rava in the pan
Mix well on medium flame and cook rava.
Switch off and let it cool.

Mash the potatoes and add the rava mix.
Add green chillies, crushed red chilly, coriander leaves, curry leaves, rice flour and salt. Mix well.
Grease your hands and pinch small balls.
Roll it between your palms in a thin round shape.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato ring
Wait for it to change the color.
Fry till golden.
