(a different dish for children who always eat chappati with chicken or meat)

1. Fish Cubes – 500 gms ( preferably fish fillet or king-fish )
2. Ginger and garlic paste – one teaspoon
3. Garlic chopped - 1 teaspoon
4. Onion chopped – half cup
5. Soya sauce – 3 teaspoon
6. Capsicum – 2 small (slice into thin pieces)
7. Kashmiri chilly powder – 2 teaspoon
8. Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
9. Salt – to taste
10. Chopped tomato – ¼ cup
11. Tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
12. Water – 2 teaspoon
13. Corn flour – 1 teaspoon

Marinate fish cubes with one table spoon Kashmir chili powder, ¼ spoon turmeric , 1 tea spoon lime juice and salt. Keep it for half an hour & fry (like you fry other fishes).

For Gravy:

Heat one table spoon oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger paste, chopped garlic and onion and tomato accordingly & stir. Add chili powder pepper powder, soya sauce , salt and capsicum . After 2 minutes sprinkle corn flour and stir well and add water. Again stir very well After that add fish pieces and mix well .
