Condensed milk- 1 tin (400 grams)
Milk powder- 1-1/2 cups
Clarified Butter (Ghee)- 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Pista/Almond slivers- 1 tablespoon


Take a heavy bottomed pan and mix the condensed milk, milk powder, clarified butter and cardamom powder well without forming lumps. Cook the mixture on medium heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Switch off heat and allow to cool.
When it has cooled to a bearable temperature, mix well using a spatula or your hands. You will see that the mixture will be smooth and has a slight greasy texture.
Apply some butter in your palms and take small portions. Make small balls and flatten it. Garnish with pista/almond slivers. Place on a greased plate.
