For the custard
1 cup powder milk
2 cups water
½ cup sugar
¼ cup corn flour
½ cup water
2 tbsp rose water
2 cups water

For the caramel
1 cup sugar
2 cup water
¾ cup semolina (rava)
1 cup sugar
2 cup water
¾ cup semolina (rava)
For topping
2tbs sliced dry fruits
2 tbsp fried almond flakes
2tbs sliced dry fruits
2 tbsp fried almond flakes
Mix milk powder and water. Bring to boil in a sauce pan, stir well for 5 minutes. Mix corn flour with water and add to the milk. Keep stirring till it becomes thick. Cool and add rose water.
Heat sugar in a heavy bottom pan without water till it is caramelized. Add water and heat further till all the caramelized sugar mixes with the water. Add semolina slowly and stir well till it becomes thick .It should be brown in colour. Place semolina mixture in small glasses and pour the custard on top of it.Top with nuts and dry fruits. Serve warm.
