Fish pickle

Step 1

1.King fish cut into small pieces ( you can use tuna )- 250 gm
2. Chilli pdr- 2tsp
3. Turmeric pdr-1tsp
4. Garlic-6big
5. Pepper -1 tsp
6. Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
7. Fenugreek -a small pinch
8.salt to taste
9. Coconut oil 1/4 cup
Grid ingredients 2-8. Marinate fish for half an hour. Add 2 tsp of coconut oil while marinating.
Fry the fish in coconut oil.

Step 2

1.mustard seed- 1 tsp
2. Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
3. Ginger n garlic paste - 2 tbsp
4. Ginger and garlic cut into small pcs-2tbsp
5.Green chilli-4 ( cut into small pcs)
6.Curry leaves
7. Chilli pdr- 1 tbsp
8.Turmeric pdr- 1 tsp
9. Vinegar- 2 tbsp
10.Salt to taste.
11. Water 1/2 cup
-Dry roast mustard seeds n fenugreek( if needed u can add little coconut oil) . grind it
-ln a earthenware pot  add coconut oil( use same oil used for frying the fish)
-Add ingredients 4-8 in sequence. Stir for 2 minutes after adding each ingredient
- Add mustard n fenugreek powder . stir for 2 minutes
- Add fried fish.
- Add water and bring it to boil
-Add salt and vinegar. Boil  for 2-3 minutes.
Yummy fish pickle is ready
