broken wheat-1 cup
milk- 2 cup
water- 4 cup
jiggery- 7cubes
cardamom flavoured condensed milk-1 tin
cashew nuts & raisin
cook broken wheat with water for 3 whistles.
allow it to cool.
add milk and melted jaggery. bring it to slow boil.and add condensed milk.add roasted cashew nuts and raisin.
