Ginger Chicken

Chicken - 1 kg
Soya Sauce - 1 table spoon
Vinegar - 1 table spoon
1 lemon
Onion - 7 to 8
Garlic - 1 big
Ginger - 1 medium size piece
Tomato Sauce - 4 - 5 table spoon
Kashmiri Chilly Powder
Pepper Powder

Method
Marinate Chicken with soya sauce, vinegar, lemon and salt and keep it aside for 3 hours
Grind onion with ginger and garlic
Heat oil(refined oil) in a pan and fry the chicken. Make sure that chicken is not deep fried. Shallow fry is apt and keep aside the chicken
In the same oil, add the onion paste. Sort it really well. This is an important step. If the paste iis not sorted properly raw taste will come and will spoil the whole dish. The paste should be in a brown color and should not have the raw taste or smell.
Now add the fried chicken, sprinkle little water, add kashmiri chilly, tomato sauce and pepper powder. Close and cook it in less fire for some time.
Of the fire and add coriander leaves.....
Ginger Chicken ready... Best with Parotta, Chapathi, bread etc...
