Spicy Fish Pirattu:(for 2 people)

1.Fish-4 pieces(remove its bone if u can)
2.Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
3.Chilly powder-4tsp
... 4.Corainder powder-1 1/2 tsp
5.Fenugreek powder-3/4 tsp
6.Tamarind(kudampuli)-1pie ce soaked and removed from water
7.Oil-2tbsp
8.Mustard seeds,curryleaves
9.Salt
10.Water-1cup
1.Splutter mustard seeds in oil and then add half of curryleaves
2.Add ginger garlic paste and saute till it becomes completely red
3.Add ingredients 3,4,5 and saute till it becomes brown
4.Add tamarind and pour water
5.Add salt and remaining curryleaves
6.When the gravy starts boiling,add fish and cover with a lid
7.Remove lid when fish gets cooked and wait till the gravy thickens
Fish pirattu is ready!!!Serve along with hot plain rice...
