Baked Vada pav.

You need ....
All pour pose flour..2 cups,Milk 1cup,Yeast 1tsp,Sugar 1tbs,Milk powder 1tsp,Butter 2to3 tsp,Salt .2
potatoes(medium sized) boiled and smashed, 1Large onion ,1/2tsp cumin powder,1tsp chilly powder,1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1tbs crushed green chilly,1tbs ginger garlic paste,salt, 1tbs lemon juice,2tbs dhaniya leaves cut . Little oil and kaduku for garnishing
Mix milk(Luke warm).yeast,sugar. Keep it for 20mints so that it becomes frothy .Mix flour,milk powder,salt ,butter and rub nicely.Add risen yeast mixture to this and kneed to make dough.Cover it keep for 2 hours or until it doubles in size.Make balls.
In a kadayi put some oil,then kaduku. When it starts
cracking add ginger garlic paste, then green chilli paste. Stir
nicely. Add dhaniya powder,little turmeric powder. Stir .Then add smashed potato,salt.Stir for some time and add cut dhaniya leaves. Add 1/2 of the lemon juice .Remove from fire.Let it cool.Make balls.Mix onion,chilli powder, lemon juice(1/2), salt and keep it aside
Take dough balls and roll it into small chappathies and take one by one and keep the potato balls in the centre of each chappathies , put 1tsp onion,chilli powder lemon juice mixture on top and make a ball.You can use little oil to make it perfect size so that it won't stick in your hands.
Preheat the oven and bake it for 20 to 25 mints or it is done
You can brush with some ghee on the top of the vadapav to get a glazing
